Who owns the copyright to the media? In the U.S.A, the copyright is always held by the party creating the work, IE the photographer. Don't let this scare you though. You are free to use all of the media we provide in any way as long as it benefits you in the selling of the home. Here are a couple of things that are not part of our licensing agreement with realtors: -The license to use the media is non-transferrable. You can't give them to anyone else who might benefit from them. For example: The future homeowner so they can rent the house out, the builder to use for their marketing, the interior designer/stager to use for their marketing, you lost the listing and want to sell the media to the next agent. The only exception to this rule is you may give a copy of the media to the seller to remember the home with for sentimental reasons. -The length of the license is for as long as you hold the listing agreement. Once the house sells, or you lose the listing agreement, you no longer hold a license to use the media. IE, you can't build the images into your website, marketing materials such as folders or banners, or billboards without prior approval. If anyone reaches out to you wanting acces to the images, please have them call or email us.

What is a virtual twilight?a virtual twilight is when we take a daytime image of the house and digitally manipulate it to make it appear as if it were taken right after the sun sets. The effect is very convincing but if there are a lot of tall trees around the property casting shadows, it may effect the quality and beleivability of the final product.
