Floor plans are $60 on their own. A floor plan also comes with the Zillow 3D tour in the Essentials ($319), Premier ($555) and Signature ($999) packages, so most agents get it as part of a package.

How accurate are the measurements? Our floor plans are produced through Zillow, which handles the measurements.
Do plans include the garage and patio? The garage, yes. Patios are included when they're part of the home's layout.
